These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Go — The Board Game” mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots/automation, exploit bugs, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in ranked or social play;
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or send abusive, hateful or illegal content to other players (including in chat and direct messages);
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its servers;
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you submit (such as your username and messages). You must have the right to share it, and it must not be unlawful or infringe others’ rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Virtual items

The App may offer cosmetic or virtual items (e.g. stone and board styles). Such items have no monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or applicable store policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
